Who I Am

My name is Kristen Chu and I am on a journey to learn as much as I can about wellness to improve my life as well as yours. I believe that small changes over time can make so much difference so I aim to share everything I can to help us all become the best versions of ourselves one small step at a time.

I hope for this site to be a place where wellness is approached with the aim of helping, not hurting. So often, we get caught in all or nothing attitudes when it comes to wellness. Like saying “we must never eat processed foods” or “ice cream is bad”. This is not the approach I want to take on my journey to wellness.

My journey will be made up of small steps and small changes with no absolute rules and I hope to inspire you to do the same. Some steps I take will work for you and some won’t. Take what works and leave the rest behind without shame. My version of wellness will probably be different to yours and that’s OK.

I aim to share as much information as possible to help everyone make the best decisions possible for the steps they want to take on their wellness journeys.
